Thank you to those who filled out our Membership Survey for 2021. You can find the presentation with the results of the quantitative questions below.

The EES Board is happy to share the following steps we are planning on taking:

• We will continue to use email and our website as the main ways of communicating with our members.
• We will look into affordable options, for making our website more user-friendly and interactive, exploring the option of a “membership database/portal”.
• We will maintain all EES-related products (the Evaluation Journal, newsletter, blog, podcast, etc.), and will review the less frequently used ones in six months.
• In 2021 EES will continue its thematic focuses on the Good Anthropocene, SDGs, and sustainability while also working on evaluation & COVID-19, professionalization of evaluation, how to communicate evaluation results & advocacy, and digitalization.
• We will share more information shortly on the upcoming EES Conference and Online Webinars for 2021.
• We will continue to raise EES’ profile to attract new members and will work with our existing members to reach out to potential members considering some of the suggestions made by you in the survey. We will also consider revising the membership fee structure for new members.
• We will explore ways to provide more online training and networking opportunities, including informal chats/sessions, as well as with national VOPEs.
